How to book — and what to bring on your first visit
The question we hear most is “I want to book an appointment”. Here is everything you need, from booking until you arrive at the clinic.
💬 One of our patients' most common questions
Ways to book
- Online: on the booking page — choose the department, service, doctor and a time that suits you, and you will get a WhatsApp confirmation.
- On WhatsApp: send a message with the service you need and your preferred time.
- With a specific doctor: on the doctors page, choose a doctor and tap “Book an appointment”.
What to bring to your first visit
- Your ID, or your file number if you are already our patient.
- A list of the medicines you take and any chronic conditions (diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease, allergies).
- Any previous X-rays or reports, if you have them.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to complete your medical file.
What happens at the first visit?
A full examination with X-rays if needed; the doctor then explains the diagnosis, the options, the treatment plan and the cost — and the decision is yours.
Changing or cancelling
If you can't make it, let us know on WhatsApp as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient and arrange a new time for you.
Your medical file online
After your first visit you get a file you can access from the patient portal to see your appointments, prescriptions and images.
