The result and how long it lasts

The result is immediate and looks even better once the swelling settles within days; it usually lasts 6–12 months.

Does it hurt?

We use a numbing cream and most fillers contain an anaesthetic, so discomfort is mild and tolerable.

After the injection

• Swelling and mild bruising are possible for two days to a week.
• Avoid high heat and pressure on the lips for two days.
• Severe pain or any change in skin colour — seek care immediately.

Filler or lip blush?

Filler is for volume and shape; lip blush is for colour and freshness. We can do both, depending on what you want.
